When I first had my son, I felt like I was sent home without an instruction manual on how to use my body. My body no longer felt like my own. I had no guidance on what exercises to do, which ones to avoid, and how to progress myself to be ready to hit the gym. I want to change that for all of you.
Since my son, I have become certified twice in Pre & Post Natal Training through the American Council of Exercise and Post Natal Exercise Specialist through Moms Gone Strong. I am also a Women's Master Health Coach with Precision Nutrition.
