I don't say that lightly. I know what it's like to try diet after diet and stick with it for only 2-3 weeks, and only 2-3 pounds lost.

I would constantly give up, go back to my old habits, and keep the weight on...piling on, I should say.

Over one year, I gained over 35 pounds, and I didn't recognize myself anymore. Endless hours at the gym wouldn't help me shed weight either. I found myself in a situation where I felt incredibly overwhelmed and powerless to make the right decisions to lose weight. I couldn't see the way forward.

It ignited my passion for learning everything about no-nonsense nutrition, and I became a Personal Trainer & Precision Nutrition Level 2 Health Coach. I also lost the 35 pounds that kept me from living my most confident life.

How did I do it? By changing one small part of my diet at a time. By making a slight change in the right direction, I avoided feeling overwhelmed, and worse, hungry all the time. I was able to eat the foods I loved by learning how to create the "perfect diet" for me—my perfect fit.

Over almost an entire decade, I have helped countless women do the same, whether it's through 1:1 coaching, nutrition boot camps, and short-courses.
