I'm going to be incredibly honest. I have coached menopausal and perimenopausal women with great success for the better part of a decade. However, it wasn't until I started seeing some of the perimenopausal shifts in myself that I truly understood. I suddenly stopped sleeping well. I was moody, and my periods were off.
